Business Entry Procedure
A potential investor must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) expressing clearly the intention and expectations from the Government of Cross River State. The Letter of Intent, which should be accompanied by a pre – feasibility report indicating land requirement expected, project development plan, funding commitments and Contact Address.
